After graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1999, Selçuk Bayram further deepened his knowledge in the field of International Trade Law by studying in the USA and gained a broad perspective on different legal systems. In 2000, he started his career as a lawyer. In the early years of his professional life, he provided legal consultancy services to companies in the Far East for a while in order to improve his legal knowledge and skills. In 2019, he was successful in the Mediation exams organized by the Mediation Department and was entitled to the title of official mediator affiliated to the Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice.
BAYRAM provides advocacy and legal consultancy services to domestic and foreign companies and individuals in the fields of Commercial Law and International Commercial Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Contracts Law, Real Estate Law, Energy Law, Public Procurement and Dispute Resolution. He also provides strategic support to companies and individual business people on day-to-day commercial matters, labor law issues, debt collection, preventive measures and enforcement procedures. BAYRAM drafts tailor-made contracts and provides strategic legal advisory services to ensure the smooth progress of his clients' projects. BAYRAM has contributed to a wide range of clients operating in the construction, special industrial zone, infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, textile, automotive and retail sectors.
In addition to his 23 years of experience in the field of law, BAYRAM has a superior understanding of legal and commercial relations, Turkish business culture, environment and principles, the Turkish legal system and the administrative structure of the country.
