Rafet GÜN graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Law in 2017. Following the completion of his legal internship in 2018 and practicing as an attorney for one year, he pursued his postgraduate studies at the University of Bradford between 2019 and 2020, where he obtained his LL.M. degree in International Commercial Law.

In his master’s thesis, GÜN examined Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) and their potential legal implications. He conducted research particularly on the prevention of financial crimes and the application of international legislation concerning the protection of personal data in this field.

GÜN has also undertaken responsibilities including the drafting of Turkish and English articles on various legal subjects, including the European Convention on Human Rights and European Union Law, organizing conferences and training programs, participating in symposia as a researcher and speaker, and providing legal consultancy services.

Since 2020, he has been actively engaged in litigation and advisory services across several areas of Private Law, including Real Estate Law, Labor Law, Commercial Law, and Enforcement Law. Within our firm, GÜN primarily focuses on disputes arising from Commercial Law, Contract Law, and Labor Law, providing both litigation services and legal consultancy in these fields.
