Köksal Yıldırım graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2012. YILDIRIM started his internship at SB Law and Mediation in 2012 and continued to work at the same office and has been continuing his professional life as a managing lawyer at SB Law and Mediation since 2018.

In 2020, he was successful in the Mediation exams organized by the Mediation Department and earned the official title of "mediator" affiliated to the Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice.

YILDIRIM is also involved in corporate counseling;

He actively provides legal services in all legal transactions arising from Real Estate and Zoning Law, including due diligence, resolution of disputes arising from employer – employee relations and management of processes, legal review and reporting on projects, determination of risks related to disputes and procurement. He is currently working on the legal principles for the establishment of Special Industrial Zones and is developing himself in this field.

YILDIRIM also handles litigation, enforcement and collection processes from start to finish. He is actively involved in all stages of commercial and corporate disputes, both in terms of preparing legal opinions and in terms of judgment.

He has a special interest in construction contracts in return for flats and focuses his practice in the areas of Commercial Law, Property Law, Inheritance Law, Enforcement Law, Labor Law, Law of Obligations and Intellectual and Industrial Rights Law.

YILDIRIM has provided legal services to a wide range of clients operating in various sectors such as construction, finance, special industrial zone, infrastructure, energy, retail and real estate.

YILDIRIM is currently pursuing his master's degree in Private Law at Yeditepe University Institute of Social Sciences, Faculty of Law and is currently working on his master's thesis on "Merger of Commercial Enterprises with Capital Companies".
