Erva EKİZ graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2019. Following the completion of her legal internship, she practiced as an attorney for one year. Placing great importance on academic development, EKİZ pursued her postgraduate studies at Yonsei University, one of South Korea’s most prestigious universities, where she focused on Criminal Law in order to deepen her expertise in the legal field.
During her master’s program, which she completed in 2024, she attracted attention with her thesis written in Korean on the Special Act on the Prevention of Insurance Fraud, enacted in South Korea to combat insurance fraud. In addition, EKİZ has published an academic article on Joint Custody under Turkish Law. Since joining our firm, EKİZ has been providing legal consultancy services to companies within our organization and managing dispute resolution processes in all types of legal conflicts involving our corporate clients. She is responsible for drafting and reviewing various contracts, including lease agreements, sale agreements, works and construction contracts, flat-for-land construction agreements, individual and collective labor agreements, advertising, sponsorship, consultancy, and media contracts, as well as agreements related to the operation of shopping centers. She also manages litigation processes and provides comprehensive legal services to clients.
